Upon the completion of the information requested on this site and the upload of all necessary documents, you will receive an email with the initial disclosure package via DocuSign. Please note that the completion of all required information includes an upfront payment of assumption processing and credit report fees. Upon signature of these documents and payment of the required fees, your loan application will be reviewed for completeness and any additional or missing documents requested. You will have up to 30 days to provide all requested documentation or your application will be denied due to incompleteness. Once all documents have been accepted, Servbank will submit your package to the corresponding government agency for prior approval within 35 calendar days. Upon receipt of your package, the corresponding agency will issue a credit decision within 10 business days. Upon conditional approval by the corresponding agency, you will be issued a closing disclosure by Servbank and then have up to 30 calendar days to schedule and sign your closing package and disclosures.
